All items ordered through the Bandcamp page are sent from the Midwest, US and are usually sent within 3-5 days by regular mail. If you want your order sent in any other way (First Class, etc.), please contact us on the bandcamp page or email us at wretchedhallucination666@gmail.com at which point we can work out the details of shipping costs. Please do this BEFORE you place the order!

If you haven’t received your order after 14 business days, please contact your local post office to see if they are holding the delivery for you. Please double check that your billing and delivery addresses are correct.
If your item is returned to us by the post office for whatever reason, we will e-mail you to let you know, and in most situations we can either re-send the item (you may need to pay for shipping), or we can refund you for the item (minus the shipping cost).
